蟠桃果形遗传分析

A Genetic Analysis on Fruit Shape of Flat Peach

【摘要】 通过对桃[Prunus percica Batsch(L.)]果实圆形和扁平形[蟠桃(Prunus percica var.platycarpa]杂交后代分析,认为桃果实圆形对扁平形为一对等位基因控制,扁平形对圆形为显性。扁平形显性纯合致死,所有蟠桃均为杂合体Ss,所有圆桃均为隐性纯合ss。蟠桃之间杂交或蟠桃自交,后代蟠桃与圆桃分离比例为2:1,蟠桃与圆桃杂交(正反交)后代蟠桃与圆桃分离比例为1:1。

【Abstract】 Analysis on round and flat fruit shape of the progenies between peach[Prunus percica Batsch(L.)]and flat peach(Prunus percica var.platycarpa)indicates that round and flat shape is controlled by a pair of allele.Flat shape is dominant to round shape.Flat genotype shows dominant homozygote lethal.All flat peach varieties are heterozygote Ss and all round peach varieties are recessive homozygote ss.The segregation ratio of the round to the flat is 2:1 in the progeny of outcrossing or inbreeding between flat peach varities.The segregation ratio of the round to the flat is 1:1 in the progenies of crossing or backcrossing between flat peach and round peach.
