分步开挖对采场顶板破坏机理和形态影响的数值模拟

【摘要】 利用最近研制开发的岩层破断过程分析系统(SFPA2D)模拟了分步开挖对采场顶板破坏机理和破断形态的影响。数值模拟再现了分步开挖时采场顶板的应力释放、转移、变形状况,直至最后在岩梁的端部和中部开裂、冒落的全过程。根据数值模拟的结果,指出采场顶板的破坏受开挖工艺特点而引起的力学响应的影响,顶板破断的非对称性是由分步开挖反复加载、卸载扰动引起的损伤积累而形成的。

【Abstract】 The influence of step caving on fracture mechanism and failure shape of mining rock is researched by Strata Failure Process Analysis (SFPA2D) system. The numerical simulation reproduces the evolution of stress release, secondary distribution and strain fields and the full pro-cess of mining rock fracture and subsidence when the step caving advances. Based on the result of numerical simulation, it is pointed out that caving technical characteristic and induced mechanical response influence on the mining strata. The dissymmetrical fracture is caused by damage accumu-lation which is induced by step caving.
