熔化铝合金铝液爆炸事故剖析及对策
ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE AGAIST EXPLOSION ACCIDENT DNRING ALUMINIUM MELTING
【摘要】 铝合金因杂质影响其晶相结构,铝锭冷却后上表面出现裂纹等现象而被水份等异物渗入铝锭毛细裂纹内,熔炼时予处理不当;当向熔炉添加铝锭倾刻引发锅内液态铝沸腾乃至爆炸飞浅,烧烫伤作业人员,毁坏现场设施事故屡见不鲜。仅就铝熔液爆炸的前因后果作剖析。
【Abstract】 Explosion injury may occur during alumininm melting due to the gas and impurity contained in inner structure of aluminium alloy.The analysis and countermeasure against explosion injury are proposed in this paper.
