【Abstract】 Objective:To observe whether the foreign gene have integrated on mouse MEL cell chromosomes.Methods:Labeled the probe with Biotin-21-duTp ,hybridization with the foreign gene on mouse MEL cell chromosomes, observe the positive signals after amplifying.Result:The results showed hybridization signals 73 were positive in 210 metaphases.Conclusion:This study suggested FISH technique can widely used in detecting foreign gene integration on chromosomes.更多还原
