【摘要】 目的:通过动物实验研究拟黑多刺蚁对 S₁₈₀荷瘤鼠免疫器官的影响及其抑瘤作用。方法:建立动物肿瘤模型,采用对比实验法。结果:蚂蚁液各实验组的荷瘤重均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。以中剂量抑瘤效果最好,抑瘤率高达65.62%;蚂蚁液各实验组胸腺和脾脏重量均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:拟黑多刺蚁具有抑制 S₁₈₀肿瘤细胞生长的作用,并可增加荷瘤鼠免疫器官的重量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The effects of polyrhachis viciana Roger is studied on immune organ of mouse with S₁₈₀ tumour and its function of restraining tumour by animal test.Methods:Build animal animal tumour model.Use contrast experiment.Result:The weights of tumours in experimenal groups given ant’s liquid is significantly lower than control group （P< 0.05）.Restraining tumour effect of middle dose group was the best.The rate of restraining tumour was up to 65.62 %.Thymus’ and spleen’s weights of experimental groups significantly higher than control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion:Polyrhachis vicina Roger possess action of restraining the growth of S₁₈₀ tumour cell and increasing immune organ’s weight of mouse with tumour.更多还原
