【摘要】 目的:观察嗜酸细胞数在条件免疫反应哮喘动物模型的变化。方法:对经过条件刺激和未进行条件刺激的各组动物予以心脏采血,做血图片。Wright 氏染色,放于光镜下计数。结果:CS1、CS2、NS1三组嗜酸细胞计数结果无明显差异 P>0.05;CS3、NS2□两组嗜酸细胞计数结果无明显差异 P>0.05 CS1、CS2与 CS3比较 P<0.01有显著差异;NS1与 NS2比较 P<0.01有显著差异;CS1、CS2、NS1与 CS3、NS2比较 P<0.01有显著差异。结论:嗜酸细胞计数变化不随条件刺激的存在或不存在而改变,而与哮喘发作次数有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes in the counts of eosinophils of asthma animal models with conditioned immunoreaction.Methods:Blood samples collected from the hearts of animals in CS groups and non-CS groups were smeared and stained with wright’s method and then counted under light microscope.Result: There were no significant differences in eosinophils counting between CS1.CS2 and NSl groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference betwween CS3 and NS2 (P>0.05).The difference was significant between CS1.CS2 groups and CS2 group.(P<0.01) and also between NSl and NS2.There were significant differences between CS1 CS2 NSl and CS3.NS2(P<0.01).Conclusion:The eosinophil counting does not vary with the presence or absence of CS but is associated with the times of asthma attack.更多还原
