【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of melantonin on the growth of HeLa cells in vitro.Methods:Growth curve,colony-forming test and mitotic index were used to study the effect of melantonin.Result:Result of growth curve,colony-forming test and mitotic index showed that melantonin exerted inhibitory effect markedly on Hela cells and the effect became stronger as the concentration increased.Conclusion:Melantonin can inhibit the growth of Hela cells.更多还原
