正常听力成年人畸变产物耳声发射测试
Examination of distortion product otoacoustic emissions in adult with normal hearing
【摘要】 目的研究正常听力成年人畸变产物耳声发射基本特点。方法采用耳声发射分析仪Celesta 503对126耳正常听力成年人进行畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)测试。结果 DPOAE总检出率为100%,DPOAE图测试约用5分钟,在1000Hz和8000Hz各有一高峰,3000Hz有一低谷。I/O函数曲线DPOAE幅值波动范围在30dB左右,且随初始音强度的增加而逐渐升高。结论 DPOAE结果受测试参数、中耳状态、探头放置、本底噪声等因素的影响。对人群听力筛选时,选择DPOAE图的750Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz及4000Hz四个频率作为筛选频率,可能有一定的价值。
【Abstract】 PURPOSE To study the basic properties of distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE)in adults with normal hearing.METHODS DPOAE was examined with Celesta 503 Cochlear Emissions Analyzer in 126 ears of normal hearing adults,ranging in the age from 18 to 30 years.RESULTS DPOAE prevalence was 100%.DP-gram test needed about five minutes.The frequency response demonstrated two peaks of maximum amplitude at 1 kHz and 8 kHz,and a decline in DPOAE amplitude at 3 kHz.The average detection threshold I/O function was about 30 dB SPL,and the amplitude of DPOAE gradually increased while two primary tones levels increased.CONCLUSIONS DPOAE was affected by system parameters,middle-ear status,probe fitting,the noise floor,et al.It may be a good method for hearing screening of the mases to choose some frequencies(750 Hz,1 000 Hz,2 000 Hz and 4 000 Hz)of DP-gram.
