【摘要】 目的探讨输血对人体免疫功能的影响。方法利用EPICS-XL型流式细胞仪分别测定27例喉癌患者与对照组的术前,术后T细胞亚群值,并进行比较。结果 1.喉癌患者CD3下降(P<0.01),CD4下降(P<0.05),CD8上升,CD4/CD8比值降低(P>0.05)。2.输同种血后CD4下降,CD8上升,CD4/CD8比值降低(P>0.05)。但与输自身血组比较术前CD8无显著差异(P>0.05),术后输同种血组CD8上升,有显著差异(P<0.05)。3.输自身血及非输血组术后CD3,CD4上升,CD8下降,CD4/CD8比值上升(P>0.05)。结论喉癌患者免疫功能普遍低下,术中输同种血有免疫抑制作用。术中输自身血无免疫抑制作用,有利于预后,且费用低,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE To explore the effect of blood transfusion on human immunity.METHODS The value of T-lymphocyte subgroup of 27 patients suffering from laryngeal carcinoma and a group of controls were measured respectively,and they were compared both before and after operations by using the EPICS flow Cytometry.RESULTS 1.Among the patients with laryngeal carcinoma,the value of T-lymphocyte subgroup of CD3(P<0.01)and CD4 decreased(P<0.05),while CD8 increased and ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased(P>0.05).2.After homogeneous transfusion postoperatively,CD4 de-creased,CD8 increased and ratio between CD4 and CD8 also decreased(P>0.05).Compared with those of the autotransfusion group,pre-operative CD8 showed no significant difference(P>0.05),but CD8 increased in the homogeneous transfusion group postoperatively(differnce was significant,P<0.05)3.In the autotransfusion group and group without transfusion,CD3 and CD4 increased post-operatively,CD8 decreased and ratio of CD4/CD8 was increased(P>0.05)CONCLUSIONS Since the immune functions of patient with laryngeal carcinoma are generally low and homogeneous transfusion in operation suppresses immunity.As an economical substitute,autotransfusion does not inhibit immunity,and can make a contribution to prognosis,so it should be used widely.更多还原
