Ce4+对培养过程中南方红豆杉细胞超微结构的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同浓度Ce4+对培养过程中南方红豆杉细胞合成紫杉醇的能力和超微结构的影响,根据电镜结果进一步推断了Ce4+在南方红豆杉细胞中的定位、存在形态及进入细胞内部的方式。结果表明,高浓度Ce4+(1 mol/L)可有效提高南方红豆杉细胞合成紫杉醇的能力,中低浓度Ce4+(0.1mol/L和0.01 mol/L)则无明显影响。不同浓度水平Ce4+对超微结构均产生一定影响,以高浓度Ce4+组最为显著。同时,实验组细胞中可见形态规则、大小不一的高电子密度物质,而对照组中无此现象。

【Abstract】 Effects of rare earth Ce4+ on taxol production and ultrasturcture of Taxus ckinensis Var. Mairei suspension culture were studied in this paper. According to TEM results, the location, state and translation of Ce4+ were postulated. The results showed that the addition on Ce4+ with high concentration (1 mmol/L) could noticeably increase the taxol production, while Ce4+ with middle (0.1 mmol/L) and low (0.01 mmol/L)concentrations had insignificant effects. Compared with the contrast group, the results of TEM showed that Ce4+ with different concentrations could influence on the ultrastracture to some degree. Meanwhile, particles with different sizes, regular shape and high electronic density were found in cells cultured in the system containing Ce4+, which were not found in the contrast group.
