准分子激光原位角膜切削术治疗近视术后眼压变化
Intraocular pressure changes after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis
【摘要】 评估准分子激光原位角膜切削术(excimer laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)治疗近视术后使用非接触式压平眼压计测量眼压的准确性。方法:于LASIK术前及术后3个月采用非接触式压平眼压计测量不同程度(等值球镜-2.00 D~-26.63 D)近视的 1005只眼的眼压,并进行比较。同时,将术后眼压变化结果与术后角膜厚度及曲率变化结果进行回归分析。结果:LASIK术后眼压较术前显著降低,近视矫治程度越高,即术后角膜越薄、角膜曲率越小,则眼压降低越明显。结论:LASIK术后使用非接触式压平眼压计测量眼压较实际值偏低,其原因可能是术后角膜变薄、曲率变小所致。
【Abstract】 To study the intraocular pressure results after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for correction of various degrees of myopia. Methods: Noncontact tonometer was used to study intraocular pressure in 1 005 eyes of spherical equivalent of - 2. 00 D to - 26. 63 D before and 3 months after LASIK surgery. Results: After LASIK, a decrease was observed in the intraocular pressure that was related to the degree of myopia treated. Conclusion: The intraocular pressure measured by noncontact tonometer after LASIK for myopia may be reduced because of corneal thinning and curvature decreasing.
