【Abstract】 We reported the therapeutic effect of the mature senile cataract extraction by phacoemulsification with rotated and chipping technique on 54 eyes of 53 patients.The mean phacoemulsification time (sec) was 93 39±38 05.Postoperatively,the visual acuities with spherical correction or without correction were 1 0 or better in 34e yes (62 94%),38 eyes (70 37%) and 41 eyes (75 93%) at one week,one month and three months respectively.This phacoemulsification technique is no need for a nuclear cracking procedure,it is safe with the mature senile cataract extraction.更多还原
