【摘要】 为了解后巩膜加固术的远期效果。对４８２例加固术中４７例资料完整者进行术前和术后四年对比分析。结果：裸眼视力：术前０．０４５±０．０２５，术后１月０．０８２±０．０３５，术后１年０．０５１±０．０２８，远期０．０４７±０．０２９。矫正视力：术前０．５７２±０．１４３，远期０．６１０±０．１４８。眼轴：术前３０．１２±１．１８ｍｍ，远期３０．１８±１．２１ｍｍ。屈光度：术前－１９．８２±２．２６Ｄ，远期－２０．０４±２．２０Ｄ。３６眼术前每年加深≥１Ｄ，术后２８眼稳定。２５例术后无不适，１６眼有与手术无关的症状，病人对手术满意率８５％。结论：后巩膜加固术对阻止近视发展，保护视功能确实有效，是目前为止治疗高度近视最佳预防性方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To　evaluate　the　longterm　results　of　scleral　reinforcement　surgery　treating　high　myopia.Method:482　cases　had　this　operation,followup　time　average　four　years,random　selected　47　cases　(93　eyes)that　their　records　more　complete,made　contrast　analyses　the　before　operation　with　after　operations　longterm.Results:The　naked　sight:before　operations　is　0045±0025,one　month　after　operations　is　0082±0035,one　year　after　operations　is　0051±0028,the　terminal:0047±0029。Correcting　sight:before　operations　is　0572±0143,the　longterm　is　0610±0148.The　eye　axes:before　operations　is　3012±118mm,the　longterm　is　3018±120mm.The　myopic　diopter:before　operations　is　-1982±226D,the　longterm　is　-2004±220D.36　eyes　myopic　diopter　increased　over　one　diopter　per　year　before　operations,after　operations　28　eyes　became　stable.25　cases　have　not　complaint,16　cases　have　some　complaints　but　have　not　relation　with　operations,85%　cases　satisfy　to　the　operations.Conclusion:It　is　true　that　the　scleral　reinforcement　surgery　can　prevent　the　development　and　protect　the　sight　functions　of　high　myopia.It　is　the　best　preventive　method　to　treat　high　myopia　at　present.更多还原
