【摘要】 本研究将病人随机分为３组，每组各３０人（６０眼），通过对照组及不同的用药来观察双氯芬酸钠控制准分子激光角膜切削术后的眼部疼痛的有效性和安全性。结果表明：角膜伤口的愈合时间，对照组、药物Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别为３．５７±０．９１天、３．９３±１．３０天和３．５７±１．０５天，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；术后３月的屈光度分别为０．０９±１．０６Ｄ、－０．２９±０．９６Ｄ和－０．２１±１．０９Ｄ，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；术后３月的角膜混浊分别为０．２５±０．４７级、０．３１±０．５４级和０．２５±０．５１级，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；用药组病人对疼痛控制满意。双氯芬酸钠控制准分子激光角膜切削术后的眼部疼痛是安全有效的更多还原

【Abstract】 This　study　is　designed　to　evaluate　the　efficacy　and　safety　of　topical　diclofenac　in　reducing　ocular　pain　after　Photorefractive　Keratectomy(PRK).We　performed　a　randomized　observation,parallel　group,diclofenac　group　Ⅰ and　diclofenac　group　Ⅱ　is　30　patients(60　eyes),respectively.The　corneal　healing　time　is　357±091 days,393±130 days　and　357±105　days,respectively(P>005);At　3month,refrection　is　009±106D,-029±096D　and　-021±109D(P>005);corneal　haze　is　025±047 grade,031±054 grade　and　025±051 grade(P>005);Diclofennactreated　patients　are　satisfied　with　the　results　of　topical　diclofenac　in　reducing　ocular　pain　after　PRK.Topical　diclofenac　in　reducing　ocular　pain　after　PRK　is　effective　and　safe.更多还原
