【摘要】 目的:观察复方中药康赛德止痛汤(CDC)对海洛因依赖性戒断反应的治疗作用。方法:本研究采用海洛因造成恒河猴依赖模型,用复方中药康赛德止痛汤(以下简称CDC)与美沙酮进行对比治疗研究,观察评定 CDC 对停用海洛因后猴躯体戒断反应的治疗作用,并将各组戒断反应最重的前4天得分进行比较。结果:CDC 与美沙酮一样,对海洛因依赖猴戒断反应有着相同的治疗作用。CDC 及美沙酮组分别与自然戒断组得分值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);而 CDC 组与美沙酮组之间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:CDC 对猴海洛因依赖性戒断反应有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and assay the therapeutic effect of Comdrugcide compound(CDC)in the treatment for withdraw- al reaction of heroin-dependent in rhesus monkeys after withdrawal of heroin.Methods:Making modds of heroin-depen- dent rhesus monkeys by means of heroin;studying and assaying the therapeutic effect of CDC on the withdrawal reactions of the monkeys after withdrawal of heroin;comparing the scores acquired by different groups.Results:CDC has the same inhibitory action as methadon Statistical data showed that there was significant difference between the score acquired by ei- ther CDC group or methadone control group and the score acquried by the naturally withdrawal group(P<0.01);but there was no significant difference between the score of CDC group and that of methadone control group(P>0.05).Con- clusion:CDC has therapeutic effect on the withdrawal reaction oeeuring in heroine-dependent rhesus monkeys after with- drawal of heroin.更多还原
