【摘要】 目的:观察益精注射液对氧自由基的影响。方法:采用心肌冠状动脉结扎后再灌注方法,检测再灌注前后全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:再灌注过程中加益精注射液,SOD 活性可明显提高(P<0.01),MDA 含量可明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:益精注射液对致再灌注损伤的氧自由基具有一定的清除作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Yijing injection (YJ) on oxygen free radical.Methods:Reperfusion damage after ligation of coronary artery method was used,and the Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups,the YJ group,Shenmai in- jection (SM) group and normal .saline (NS) group.YJ,SM and NS were given veinously for each group respectively,af- ter the coronary artery was ligated.The activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) content of plasma were determined before and after reperfusion.Results:When YJ was used during the course of reperfu- sion,the activity of SOD was markedly raised (P<0.01),and MDA content was markedly decreased (P<0.01).Con- clusion:YJ possesses the effect of scavenging oxygen free radical which causes reperfusion injury to a certain extent.更多还原
