【摘要】 目的:探讨刺梨及其有效成分抗肿瘤作用。方法:以刺梨浸膏观察用药后荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、生命延长率,以6种成分观察体外瘤细胞生长抑制率。结果:刺梨浸膏以每日900mg/kg 灌胃14天,对 H₂₂移植瘤抑制率平均为52.9%;刺梨6种成分体外实验表明,其中 R₅、R₆两种成分对 H₂₂瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用,浓度在100μg/ml 时,抑瘤率分别为81.4%、100%;对荷 H₂2瘤小鼠生命有一定延长作用。结论:刺梨有明显的抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤有效成分为 R₅和 R₆。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-tumor action of Fractus Rosae Normalis（FRN） and its effective components.Methods: The tumor-inhibiting rate,life-prolonging rate and growth-inhibiting rate of the tumor bearing mice were determined af- ter administering FRN extract and its six effective components.Results:When FRN extract was administered to the mice with transplanted H₂₂ tumor cell by gastrogavage in a dosage of 900 mg/kg daily for 14 days,the tumor-inhibiting rate was 52.9% on average.Tests in vitro with six effective components of FRN revealed R₅ and R₆ of the six components have remarkable inhibiting action on H₂₂ tumor cells.When their concentration was 100 (g/ml,the tumor-inhibiting rates were 81.4% and 100% respectively,which shows they have the effect of prolonging the life of mice with H₂₂ tumor to some degree.Conclusion:FRN has remarkable anti-tumor effect.Its effective anti-tumor components are R₅ and R₆.更多还原
