【摘要】 目的:观察黄丹冲剂对模型大鼠糖化血红蛋白（HBA₁c）及肾小球基底膜变化的影响。方法:采用链脲菌素（30mg/kg）处理 SD 大鼠,并加喂高热量食物,建立类似Ⅱ型糖尿病的肥胖糖尿病大鼠模型,给模型鼠灌服黄丹冲剂,观察其降 HBA₁c 及对肾小球基底膜的保护作用。结果:黄丹冲剂虽无降血糖作用,却有明显降低 HBA₁c 及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚的作用。结论:该方能降低 HBA₁c 及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Huangdan granule（HDG）on the value of hemoglobin A_1c(HBA_1c)and the changes of glomerular basement membrane in experimental model rats.Methods:Obese diabetic rat models similar to dia- betes type 2 was established through treating with streptozotocin（STZ,30mg/kg）,and feeding with high fat and carbo- hydrate diet.Then HDG was given orally to 40 model rats.Resnlts:HDG could not decrease the value of blood sugar, but could decrease the value of HBA_1cand abate or delay the paehynsis of glomerular basement membrane.Conclusion: HDG could decrease HBA1c and abate or delay the pachynsis of glomerular basement membrane.更多还原
