【摘要】 目的:探讨益气活血补肾方药治疗系膜增殖性肾炎的机制。方法:用该方药灌胃大鼠后采血分离含中药血清(中药血清),借~3H-TdR 掺入实验和 Northem 印迹分析技术,观察该方药对体外培养的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(MC)增殖及原癌基因 c-myc 表达的影响。结果:中药血清能明显抑制体外培养的 MC 增殖;用中药血清或对照鼠血清处理 MC1h 后,MC c-myc 基因表达活性明显降低,说明该方药对 MC 增殖的抑制效应可能与抑制 MC 原癌基因 c- myc 表达有关。结论:该方药可能对系膜增殖性肾炎具有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen recipe(YHBR)in treating mesangial prolifera- tive glomerulonephritis.Methods:Traditional Chinese drug medicated serum(TMS)was obtained after YHBR has ad- ministered by gastrogavage to rats.Effect of YHBR on proliferation and c-myc gene expression of glomerular mesangial cell(MC)cultured in vitro were investigated by ~3H-TdR incorporation experiment and Northern blotting analysis.Re- suits:TMS could significantly inhibit the proliferation of cultured MC.After MC was treated with TMS for 1 hour,the c-myc mRNA expression of it was much lower than that treated with non-medicated serum.Conclusion:YHBR might be a good curative drug for treatment of mesangio-proliferative glomerulonephritis.更多还原
