【摘要】 目的:观察清心饮对病毒性心肌炎模型的保护作用。方法:取新生 SD 大鼠心室肌制备搏动心肌细胞,18h 后接种100TCID₅₀的柯萨奇 B₃病毒（CVB₃）做为实验性病毒性心肌炎模型。结果:清心饮能够剂量依赖性地减少感染心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶的释放,降低上清液中的病毒滴度,对心肌细胞搏动异常、停止及细胞病变均有保护作用,且通过斑点杂交发现清心饮能够抑制感染心肌细胞中病毒核糖核酸的复制。结论:临床应用清心饮治疗病毒性心肌炎有实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Qinxin Yin （QXY） on cultured Coxsackie virus B₃（CVB₃）infected living heart cells of rats.Methods:Monolayer culture of spontaneously contracting heart cells were obtained from newly- born SD rat and incubated for 18 hrs,and then 100 TCID₅₀ CVB₃（Nancy strain） was added to make the model of viral myocarditis.Results:QXY could dose-dependently inhibit the release of cardiac cytosolic enzymes（lactic acid dehydrcge- nase and aspartate aminotransferase）,attenuate virus titer in supernatant,decrease the eytopathic effect and restrain repli- cation of CVB₃-RNA in myocardiurn.Conclusion:The experiment has provided a laboratory evidence for the clinical use of QXY in treating viral myocarditis.更多还原
