烟梗预处理工艺优化设计
OPTIMUM DESIGN FOR TOBACCO STEM PRE TREATMENT PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 通过对COMAS线、LEGG线打叶与去梗丝之间主要预处理工序关键工艺参数进行调整、测试,确定了现有工艺最佳参数.结合对COMAS,LEGG和HAUNI线烟梗预处理的对比分析,探讨了烟梗预处理工艺优化设计方案.该设计方案实际上是这三条烟梗预处理线的优化组合,如能实施于生产,其烟梗预处理效果将好于其中任一条.
【Abstract】 Optimum process technology parameters on present processing line are designed after adjusting,testing and analyzing key parameters of the main pre treating steps on COMAS and LEGG from threshing leaf to actting stem.And combining with the comparison analysis of stem pre treatment technology on COMAS,LEGG and HAUNI.An optimum design for stem pre treatment before cut stem expanding is discussed.This optimum design is actually a realignment and opitimization of three stem pre treatment production lines.It can improve stem pre treatment quality.
