偶联剂TPM对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨涂层力学性能的影响
EFFECT OF COUPL AGENT ON MECHANCAL PROPERTIES OF FL AME SPRAYED NYL ON 1010/GRAPHITE COATING
【摘要】 在火焰喷涂尼龙 10 10 /石墨复合涂层配方中采用了偶联剂 TPM处理石墨技术 ,并利用拉力试验机研究了偶联剂 TPM对复合涂层的宏观力学性能 (涂层自拉伸强度、涂层与基体的结合强度 )的影响 .结果表明 :TPM的加入 ,使复合涂层性能得到改善 ,复合涂层宏观力学性能得到提高 ,从而获得了自拉伸强度 >30 MPa,结合强度 >15MPa的复合涂层 .
【Abstract】 The technique dealing with griphite by coupl agent TPM was adopted in the formulation of spraying nylon10 10 /griphite.The influence of coupl agent of TPM on the mechanical properties of flame sprayed nylon10 10 /griphite composite coating was studied.It has been shown that,the adhesive strength and self- strech strength of these coatings have been up- graded obviously by adding TPM in coating formulations,which were greater than15 MPa and30 MPa,respectively.
