铸造材料热物性值数据库管理系统的创建
Development of Thermalphysical Database Management System for Casting Material
【摘要】 铸造工艺设计和铸造过程数值模拟都离不开铸造材料的热物理性值数据,为此,开发材料热物理性值数据库管理系统显得十分必要。基于Windows操作系统下的FOXPRO开发了铸造材料热物理性值数据库管理系统,且创建了庞大的材料热物理性值数据库,给出了根据材料热物理性值数据的特点设计数据库及数据库管理系统的方法,同时给出了如何利用VB(VisualBasic)动态作图与FOXPRO系统连接的方法,实现在线动态显示材料热物理性值随温度变化的关系图。
【Abstract】 The thermalphysical database management system was developed on the base of FOXPRO software under the windows operating system, and thermalphysical databases for different casting materials were estabilished. The present paper described the design method according to the characteristic relationship between the thermalphysical value and temperature, and outlined the approach to realize the on line dispaly of the relationship curve by combining FOXPRO with the Visual Basic code.
