【摘要】 根据已建成的多家包裹型复合肥料厂实际情况，使用化工建设项目经济评价方法，对４种规模的包裹型复合肥料厂（Ａ型：１万吨／年、Ｂ型：３万吨／年、Ｃ型：５万吨／年、Ｄ型：１０万吨／年）投资分析，结果表明：综合肥料供应范围、建设投资、成本构成、主要财务指标和敏感性等因素，适宜建厂规模为１～５万吨／年，最佳为３～５万吨／年。在此范围内，单位生产能力投资额１２６～１７７元，固定成本占总成本比例为６％～８％，全投资内部收益率４０％～６０％，投资回收期３～３．７年（包括建设期１年），并有较好抗风险能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the information from some coated compound fertilizer (CCF) factories, with the economy evaluation method of construction project for chemical industry, the investment analysis for four scales of CCF shows that,taking fertilizer supply sphere, construction investment, cost, main financial indexes and financial sensibility into consideration, the suitable scale range is 10000～50000 t/a , but the most favourable range is 30000～50000 t/a.Within this range, the investment for unit capacity is 126～177 RMB yuan, fixed cost 6%～8% of total cost, internal rate of return of total investment 40%～60%, investment payback period 3～3.7 years (including 1 year of constructing period) and risk-resisting capability better.更多还原
