汽车变截面板簧轧机伺服控制系统分析及应用

【摘要】 介绍了近年研制的BKD系列程控汽车变截面板簧轧机的伺服控制系统。该系统与一般轧钢机的电液伺服系统不同,具有行程大,要求反应快,液压流量大等特点。文中还结合变截面轧机实际运行情况进行了分析。

【Abstract】 It introduces the recently-developed BKD series of distance-controlled servo control system of variable-section automobile plate spring mill. This system differs from general electro-hydraulic servo system in that its travel distance is long, its response is fast and its hydraulic flow is large etc. The analysis is made combining with the real running situation of variable-section mill.
