微生物发酵生产多不饱和脂肪酸的研究进展
New Progresses in Production of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids by Microbial Fermentation
【摘要】 多不饱和脂肪酸对人体健康有重要意义。微生物发酵生产的PUFAs具有稳定性好、易于纯化和工业化等特点,因此受到广泛的关注。着重论述了在微生物发酵生产PUFAs领域取得的最新进展,包括二十碳三烯酸、双高γ-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸。
【Abstract】 Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are important for body health.PUFAs produced by microbial fermentation have many advavtages such as stable supply、highly purified PUFAs and easy microbial industrialization. This articte emphasized the latest progresses in the field of PUFAs production by microbial fermentation including Mead acid、Dihomo γ linolnic acid、Arachidonic acid、Eicosapentaenoic acid and Docosahexaenoic acid.
