【摘要】 通过对一些腰腿痛患者进行局部封闭治疗观察，发现腰脊神经后支与腰腿痛密切相关。复习腰脊神经后支的解剖特点认为，由于腰脊神经后支内侧支、后外侧支在其各自的行程中，分别通过骨纤维孔、骨纤维管或腰背筋膜裂隙，尤其是腰脊神经后内侧支在骨纤维管内呈特殊的“Ｓ”形行程。所以，当构成上述孔道的肌腱或筋膜长期受到反复牵拉或扭挫引起损伤时，就可导致临床腰腿痛的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 A closed relationship between the posterior ramus of lumbar spinal nerves and lumbago and scelalgia was revealed through autopsy and local blockade treatment and observation of lumbago and scelalgia. Since the posteromedial and posterolateral rami of lumbar spinal nerves, in their courses, pass through osseofibrous foramina and canal or lumbodorsal fascia fissure, respectively, and the former has an “S” shaped course in osseofibrous canal in particular, the long term repeated drawing, sprain and bruise of the tendon and fascia forming the above foramina and canal may result in clinical onset of lumbago and scelalgia.更多还原
