【Abstract】 The article observed pharmacological activity of extract which is a white crystal substance and extracted from n hexane part of herba cichorii in vitro and in vivo.The result shows that the extract lowers the level of blood sugar and triglyceride in alloxane model mouse.It also demonstrated that the extract antagonizes rabbit aortic smooth muscles injury result in hyperlipidemic and hyperglycemic culture medium by lowering lipid peroxide in medium and recovering membrance fluidity.So,it is considered that extract be a active component of herba cichorii to reduce blood sugar and lipid in clinic.更多还原
