【摘要】 目的：研究新植物品种鹞落坪半夏的药理及急性毒性，并与半夏进行对比。方法及结果：鹞落坪半夏煎剂２ｇ／ｋｇ在小鼠二氧化硫致咳实验中可使咳嗽潜期延长，咳嗽次数减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），作用与等剂量的半夏差异无显著意义；在家猫喉上神经致咳实验中用药后致咳电阈提高，咳嗽次数减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），止咳强度与等剂量的半夏差异无显著意义，但作用较快；在家猫阿朴吗啡催吐实验中，呈现明显止吐作用，与半夏基本相近；在大鼠痰液分泌实验中未见祛痰作用。小鼠灌服及腹腔注射的最大耐受量为２５ｇ／ｋｇ。实验表明，鹞落坪半夏有明显止咳、止吐作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective:To observe the pharmacological effects and acute toxicity of Pinellia yaolupinensis and to compare the effects with those of Pinellia ternata. Methods and results:10% decoctum of the drug prolonged the incubation of SO2induced coughing and decreased the frequency of the coughing in mice. The drug also enhanced threshold of coughing from electrical stimulation of superior laryngeal nerve and had marked protective action against emesis-inducing effect of apomorphine in cats. Above effects of the drug were similar to those of Pinellia ternata,but the former appeared more quickly than the latter.There was no death in mice after ig and ip the drug, with maximal tolerance dose being 25 g/kg.Conclusion:Pinellia yaolupinensis had Significant antitussive and antiemetic effects.更多还原
