【摘要】 救心应正丁醇提取物腹腔注射给药可减少氯仿诱发小鼠心室纤颤的发生率和氯化钡所致大鼠室性心律失常的发生率，增加引起大鼠室性心律失常的乌头碱用量，改善垂体后叶素引起的心肌缺血性心电图，提高小鼠对心肌缺氧的耐受时间，提示救必应正丁醇提取物具有抗心律失常和抗心肌缺血作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? The effects of n-butylethyl extract from Cortex Ilecis Rotundae on cardiovascular system were investigated in experimental arrhymias and myocardial ischemia models.The results showed that the extract significantly reduced the incidents of ventricullar fibrillation induced by chloroform in mice and ventricullar arrhymia induced by BaCl₂ in rats,increased the aconitine dose at which ventricular arrhythmia was induced in rats,improved the pituiteininduced ischemic ECG in rats,and prolonged the tolerance time to anoxia in mice.The results suggested that the n-butylethyl extract from Cortex Ilecis Rotundae have protective effects on arrhymias and the damage of myocardial ischcmia.更多还原
