【Abstract】 ? Panax quinquefolium saponin(PQS) and F11 administrated orally for 5 days had the markedly protective effects on the anoxia in mice induced by decapitation,the occlusion of the bilateral carotid arteries,the chemical anoxia caused by NaNO2 (800mg/kg,sc) and KCN(4.5mg/kg,ip).In addition,PQS and F11 significantly inhibited the formation of lipid peroxide in brain tissue of hypoxia mice induced by KCN (4.5mg/kg,ip).更多还原
