【摘要】 采用Ｃａ２＋指示剂Ｆｕｒａ２作为细胞内钙离子的荧光探针，用荧光分光光度计检测了黄芩甙对培养的大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞内游离钙浓度Ｃａｉ＋２的影响。结果表明，随黄芩甙浓度的增加，可剂量依赖性地显著降低平滑肌细胞静息Ｃａｉ＋２，并显著抑制去甲肾上腺素和高Ｋ＋引起的细胞Ｃａｉ＋２的升高，提示黄芩甙可通过阻断平滑肌细胞膜上的电压依赖型钙通道和受体操纵型钙通道，抑制细胞Ｃａｉ＋２的增高，这可能与其降压作用机制有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Bai on intracellular free calcium concentration Cai+2 was observed by Fura2 fluorescence measurements in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) of rats.The results indicated that Bai could decrease basal Cai+2 of VSMC concentration dependently,and inhibit the increase of Cai+2 induced by NE and high K+ significantly.It suggested that Bai probably inhibited the increase of Cai+2.by blocking PDC and ROC on the VSMC membrane.That might be related to the mechanism of its lowering blood pressure.更多还原
