【摘要】 目的了解大剂量吡哆醇（PN）对雄性大鼠王殖系统的作用。方法选用成年雄性SD大鼠40只，随机分为4组，分别经腹腔注射0，100，300，600mp．kg－1．d-1的盐酸吡哆醇。结果给药15d，300mp和600mg组的睾丸、附睾、精囊和前列腺减重，至给药30d，各实验组除上述改变外，600mp组的星丸体积缩小；光镜下，100mg组无明显异常改变，随着剂量和给药时间的增加，精曲小管由精子细胞脱落发展到精子细胞、精母细胞变性坏死，电镜下见精子释放延迟和异形精子，Sertoli细胞肿胀、微管稀少，内质网异位和扩张，结论PN可能通过破坏细胞骨架而损伤Sertoli细胞，抑制星酮作用及直接损伤生精细胞而引起雄性大鼠生殖毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the effects induced by nlegadoses of pyridoxina(PN). MethodsMale aduit SD rsts were administered dally by intraperitoneal injeclion of 0,100, 300 , 600mg. kg- 1.day-1 of PN for 15 and 30 days. Results Decrereed weights of the testes, epididyymides, seminalvesicles, and prostates were observed beth in 300mg and 600mg groups on 16th day and in all theexperimental grouqs on 30th day, and decreased testicular volumes in the 600mg group on 31th day.Except for 100mg group on 16th day, the abnomlal histopathological damae in the testes was foundtaking a tum for the worse as the dosage and the exposure time increased . While the exfoliation of thespermatids and degeneration or necrosis of the spennatocytes were found at different levels under thelight microscope, plasmic swell, sparseness of microtubules, dislocation and dilation of endoplasmicreticulum in Sertoli cels, destruction of junctional complexes between cells, malformed germs and a delayin spermiation were showed under the electron microscope . Furthermore. hollowness or condensation andretraction of the Sertoli cells were found in 600mg group on 31th day. Conclusions PN administered byintraperitonea injection resulted in serious damage in the sexual glands of male rats, and the possiblemechanisms involved were discussed in the paper.更多还原
