人卵巢粘液性囊腺癌细胞系的系列研究Ⅱ—OMC685生物学特性的研究

【摘要】 目的对自行建立的一株人卵巢粘液性囊腺癌细胞系(OMC685)进行生物学特性的研究。方法测定细胞生长曲线、分裂指数、植物血凝素(PHA)试验、进行染色体分析、异种动物移植、组化染色、激素分析及污染检查。结果细胞生长旺盛,PHA凝集试验阳性,染色体为亚三倍体、有畸变,异种动物移植阳性,组化染色酸性粘液阳性,雌二醇及黄体酮检查阳性,无污染。结论OMC685与国外同类细胞系比较,差异很大,是一株独特的人卵巢癌细胞系。

【Abstract】 Objective To study biological cbaracterazations of OMC685 which was a human ovarian mucinous cystadenocarinona cell line established ourself. Methods The growth curve and the mitotic index were determined. A agglutination test of phytohemagglutinin (PHA), chromosomes analysis, heterotransplantaition,tissue-chemical stanings, hormone analysis, and pollution examination were Performed. Results The cells grewexuberantly, and the test of PHA was Positive. Chromosomes were hypotriploidy, with distortion Heterotransplantations, Ab-PAS, mucicarmine, Alcian blue stainings, EaRIA-H3, and Progesterone were positive. Without being Polluted. Conclusions Compared with foreign similar cell lines, OMC685 was a distinct human ovarian tumous cell line with great differentiations.
