【摘要】 目的：比较腹腔镜阑尾切除术（ＬＡ）与开腹阑尾切除术（ＣＡ）的优劣。方法：１９９６年１０月～１１月，用随机抽样方法开展ＬＡ１４例，ＣＡ１７例，通过对８种观察项目的比较，并经统计学处理（用Ｔ检验及卡方检验），结果：发现ＬＡ比ＣＡ平均手术时间、出血量、通气时间、平均住院时间明显减少，下床活动时间、术后使用止痛剂、切口感染及置管引流率显著降低。结论：ＬＡ明显优于ＣＡ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The propose of this study was to evaluate whether laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) was superior to conventional appendectomy (CA). Methods: 14 LA and 17 CA in the patients with acute appendicitis were randomly performed in our hospital between October and November in 1996. A comparison of 8 observational items between the LA group and the CA group was carried out. The student’s t test and the Chi-square test were used for the statistical comparison. Results: In the LA group the mean operative time, blood loss, recovery time of gastrointestina function were markedly fewer, movement leaving the sickbed was markedly earlier, the rate of catheter drainage and using analgesics and the incidence of incision infection were markedly lower than those in the CA group.
