【摘要】 目的：探索简便、有效的鼻出血手术治疗方法。方法：采用局麻下改进鼻中隔粘膜划痕术治疗 Ｌｉｔｔｌｅ区习惯性鼻出血２２４例。结果：总有效率 ９４．６％，治愈率 ７０．１％。结论：临床疗效与适应症、麻醉方式及手术切口的选择有关，本手术简单、疗效肯定，是根治这类鼻出血的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish an easy and effective operative method for treatment of epistaxis. Methods: 224 cases with habitual epistaxis in Little’s area of the nasal septum were treated with a modified septomucotomy under the local anesthesia. Results: The total effective rate was 94 .6%, and the curative rate was 70. 1 %. Conclusions: The clinical curative effect for epistaxis was related to the choices of the indication for operation, the ways of anesthesia, and the operative section on the mucosa. The modified septomucotomy is an easy and effective method to cure this kind of epistaxis.更多还原
