【摘要】 目的：研究青光眼的新术式──中层巩膜切除联合深层巩膜咬切术对青光眼的治疗效果。方法：新术式组３３例（４０眼）行中层１／３厚，三边边长均为３ｍｍ的三角形巩膜瓣切除联合深层巩膜咬切。对照组２６例（３０眼）行常规式滤过术。两组病例均观察近期（６个月以内）和远期（７个月以后）的控压效果。结果：近期疗效，新术式组眼压被控制３７眼，成功率 ９２． ５％；对照组眼压被控制２８眼，成功率 ９３．３％，两组近期疗效接近。远期疗效，新术式组眼压被控制３５眼，成功率８７．５％；对照组眼压被控制２０眼，成功率６６．７％。两组病例远期疗效相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：新术式近远期疗效可靠，是一种理想的抗青光眼术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the mid vavular sclerectomy combind with deep sclerectomy (the new operative method) for treatment of glaucoma, Methods: 40 eyes (30 cases) were treated with the mid vavular that is of 1/3 scleral thickness 3 ×3 ×3mm scerectomy and deep posterior lip. 30 eyes (26 cases) were treated with deep posterior lip scerectomy as controls. The short-term follow-up (< 6 months) and the long-term follow-up (> 7 months) were performed on 70 eyes. Results: The short-term therapeutic effects: the intraocular presure was controlled in 92. 5 % (37/40) of the eyes treated by the new operative method and 93. 3% (28/30 ) of the eyes treated by deep porsterior lip scerectomy, no statistical difference was seen between the two groups (P > 0 .05). The long-term therapeutic effects: the intraocular pressure was controlled in 87. 5 % f (35/40) of eyes treated with the new operative method and 66. 7% (20/30 ) of eyes treated with deep porsterior lip sclerectomy, the difference between the two troups was very significant (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions: The new operative method which has the better long-term therapeutic effects, is a ideal anti-glau-coma operation.更多还原
