【摘要】 补肾壮阳药补骨脂多次给药能增加雄性小鼠肝脏蛋白和Ｐ－４５０含量。给予补骨脂一次及多次，对戊巴比妥及巴比妥所致睡眠时间的影响不同；对戊巴比妥睡眠时间的影响显示，补骨脂对肝药酶呈现先抑制后诱导的双相作用；对巴比妥所致睡眠时间的影响显示，补骨脂的作用不同于对肝药酶具诱导作用的化合物更多还原

【Abstract】 Repeated administration of Fructus Psoraleae, a Chinese herbal medicine for reinforcing the kidney and supporting yang can increase contents of protein and cytochrome P₄50 in the liver of rat. For the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital, one dose of Fructus Psoraleae prolonged it obviously while repeated doses shortened it prominently. This suggests Fructus Psoraleae has a diphasic effect,i. e, first inhibit and later induce the metabolic enzyme P₄50 in the liver. However,for the sleeping time induced by barbital, its effect was different from the compound which induced the cytochrome P₄50 in liver microsome.更多还原
