【摘要】 目的：对２８１例采用国产自动活检装置行穿刺活检的临床效果进行客观地评价，以便更好地普及和推广价格低廉的国产自动活检装置。方法：按常规穿刺活检法进行穿刺活检，每例穿刺２～３针。结果：取材标本长度≥０．３ｃｍ的有６３２针（９７％），其中标本长度≥１．０ｃｍ的有４９６针（７６％）。标本长度＜０．３ｃｍ的有２０针（３％）。穿刺活检后病理组织学检查结果与手术后病理组织学的符合率为９６．２％（５１／５３）。国产与进口活检装置取材标本长度比较，结果表明二者无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．８）。结论：国产自动活检装置完全可以满足病理检查要求，可与进口装置媲美，值得加以推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:In order to better spread the install made in China,652 specimen of ultrasound guided automatic biopsies were evaluated.Methods:Biopses were made accoding to common methods.Results:496(76%)tissue cores obtained by ultrasound guided automatic biopsies with install made in China were beyond 1cm,and 20(3%)tissue cores were not enough 0.3cm.The same of histo pathologic diagnosis were 96.2%(51/53) betwen biopsy specimens sufficient for histologic analysis were obtained.Compared with install made in foreign country,it was inusufficient(P>0.8).Conclution:The biopsy specimens by the install made in China could meet histo pathologic demands.更多还原
