苯乙烯对接触男工肾功能影响的研究
EFFECTS OF STYRENE ON KIDNEY FUNCTION AMONG MALE WORKERS
【摘要】 目的:探讨苯乙烯对男工肾功能影响。方法:收集36名接触苯乙烯男工和27名不接触苯乙烯对照组的尿液,用放射免疫法测尿中白蛋白、免疫球蛋白、铁蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白。结果:接触男工尿Alb、IgG、Fer、α1-MG和β2-MG分别为8.83±3.54μg/ml、4.87±2.62μg/ml15.79±1.07ng/ml、3.39±2.44mg/ml、52.74±2.36μg/L,对照组则分别为1.71±1.59μg/ml、1.73±1.68μg/ml、15.5±1.00mg/ml、2.47±2.10mg/L、33.06±2.09μg/ml。接触组尿Alb、IgG及α1-MG、β2-MG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.05)。接触组Alb、IgG阳性率也显著高于对照组。结论:苯乙烯的短期接触即可影响肾小球的功能,Alb、IgG和。α1-MG、β2-MG等可作为观察苯乙烯对肾功能早期损伤的敏感指标。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of kidney function in styrene exposedmale workers. Methods: Urine samples were collected from 36 workers exposed tostyrene and the other 27 non-exposed workers for control. Albumin(Alb), immunoglobulin G(IgG), ferritin(Fer),α1-microglobulin(α1-MG) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG)in urine were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results: It showed that theaverage level of Alb, IgG, Fer, α1-MG and β2-MG in urine among exposed workerswere 8.83 ± 3.54ug/ml, 4.87 ± 2.62ug/ml, 15.79 ± 1.07ng/ml, 3.39 ± 2.44mg/ml and52.74 ± 2.36ug/L,respectively. While, those among non-exposed workers were 1.71± 1.59ug/ml, 1.73 ± 1.68ug/ml, 15.5 ± 1.00ng/ml, 2.47 ± 2.10mg/L, 33.06 ± 2.09ug/ml, respectively. Mean Alb, IgG, α1-MG and β2-MG in urine of exposed workerswere significantly higher than those of control workers(P<0.001,P<0.05). However, thepercentage of abnormality of Alb and IgG increased in exposed workers. Conclusion:The styrene could affect the function of glomeruli, and Alb, IgG, α1-MG and β2-MGin urine could constitute sensitive features for early damage of kidney.
