【摘要】 采用放射免疫方法，探讨５０名空降兵在跳伞前、６８名跳伞后血浆皮质醇、生长激素、胰岛素、胰高血糖素等物质代谢激素的变化。结果发现，与跳伞前相比，血浆皮质醇呈增高趋势，但无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），胰高血糖素略为增加，但无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。这些结果提示跳伞期间空降兵处于高度应激状态，同时这些激素的变化为评价跳伞应激提供参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of such metabolic hormones as cortisol,growth hormone,insulin and pancreatic glucogon in plasma of 50 parachutists before parachuting and 68 parachutists after parachuting were analysed with radioimmune assay.The results discovered that,compared with that before parachuting,after parachuting,there was a trend to increase in cortisol but there was no significant difference( P > 0.05 );The growth hormone in plasma of parachutists increased significantly( P <0.01) and insulin decreased significantly( P <0.05);pancreatic glucogon slightly increased,but there was no signicant difference. There results suggested that pilots during parachuting were in highly stress condition and the changes of these hormones provided the referential data for evaluating parachuting stress.更多还原
