放射人员染色体畸变、免疫功能降低与脂质过氧化
Study of relationship of chromosome damage and immune function or cell with lipid peroxides for workers exposed radiation
【摘要】 为了研究放射人员脂质过氧化水平与细胞免疫功能和染色体畸变的关系,用微量全血培养法制备染色体标本,APAAP法检测T细胞亚群,硫代巴比妥酸比色法出血清LPO含量.结果表明,放射人员染色体畸变率、CD8阳性率、血清LPO含量明显高于对照组,CD3、CD4阳性率明显低于对照组.染色体异常的放射人员血清LPO含量明显增高,细胞免疫功能明显降低。染色体畸变率与CD8阳性率呈正相关,与CD3、CD4呈负相关。CD4阳性率与血清LPO含量呈负相关。提示体内脂质过氧化水平越高,细胞免疫功能超低,染色体畸变率越高。
【Abstract】 篒n order to reseach the relationship of chromosome damage and immune function of cell and lipid peroxides for workers exposed to radiation. The samples of chromosome were made by means of the culture of a little whole blood. The subpopulation of T lymphocytes was measured by method of APAAP. The lipid peroxides (LPO)in serum were measured by means of the barbituric acid. The results showed that the rates of chromosome mutation and CD, and quantity of LPO in serum were obviously higher those of control group. The rates of CD3 and CD4 were obviously lower than those of control group. The immune function of cell obviously decreased and the quantity of LPO signifacantly increased for workers with chromosome damage. The rate of chromosome mutation was positive relative with rate of CD,and was negtive relative with rates of CD3 and CD4 The rate of CD4. was positive relative with the quantity of LPO. The more the LPO in serum,the lower the cell’s immune function, the higher the rate of chromosome mutation.
