【Abstract】 The theophylline concentration by a first order derivative UV-spectrophotometry in human serum was determined. The method had advantage of higher sensitivity, stronger specificity, and better linearity (r=0.999 9). The rate of recovery was higher (total CV<5%), the variability was less. This is a better examining method for clinical theophylline serum concentration monitoring, and being simple and presise.更多还原
