【摘要】 目的 糖链抗原CA₂₄₂和CA₅₀为近年发现的肿瘤血清学标记物,本工作为探讨CA₅₀、CA₂₄₂在消化道肿瘤中的诊断意义。方法 应用放免法测定164例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者和69例良性疾病患者血清中CA₅₀、CA₂₄₂水平。结果 两种肿瘤标记物很少在良性疾病患者中升高,假阳性CA₅₀ 7.3%,CA₂₄₂ 24.3%。结论 CA₅₀和CA₂₄₂在消化系统恶性肿瘤患者中的总敏感性分别为70%和63%,CA₂₄₂在胰管癌的阳性率均较高（79%）,两者在肝癌中的敏感性均较低,但在晚期癌瘤患者阳性率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective CA₅₀ and CA₂₄₂ are newly recognized serum tumor marker. This study is to show their value in the diagnosis of digestive tract tumor Methods 164 patients with malignant digestive disease and 69 patients with benign disease were chosen. CA₅₀ and CA₂₄₂ level of these patients were measured by immunoradiometric assay. Results The totalsensitivity of CA₅₀ and CA₂₄₂ are 70% and 63% respectively. Two tumor markers rarely elevated in the patients with benign diseases (false positive rate CA₅₀ 7.3%, CA₂₄₂ 4.3%). High percentage of elevated CA₂₄₂ level was recorded in the patients with pancreatic and biliary cancers （Sensitivity 79%）. Both have low sensitivity in patients with liver carcinoma. Conclusions CA₅₀ and CA₂₄₂ are valuable marker in the diagnosis of digestive tract tumor.更多还原
