【摘要】 慢性呼吸衰竭失代偿期患者病情重笃，治疗困难，死亡率高。本文介绍用麦门冬饮子加味配合西医治疗89例，与同期单纯西医治疗42例比较，经临床症状、体征、动脉血气分析、心肌酶谱、心电图等观察，改善率均好于对照组。综合评定疗效显效率47．19％，明显好于对照组(23．8％）。说明麦门冬饮子加味配合抢救慢性呼衰失代偿期患者有较为可靠的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 We treated 89 cases of chronic respiratory failure(decompensated phase) with Maimendong decoctionplus western medicine and comparied the effect withthat of 42 cases treated with western medicine alone. Intreated group, the improvement of symptoms andsigns, indexes of blood gas analysis, myocardial enzymogram, EKG are better than that of control group.Comprehensive evaluation showed that the significanteffective rate is 47. 19 % in treated group and 23. 8% incontrol group. The results demonstrate Maimendongdecoction has a reliable effect in treating chronic respiratory failure.更多还原
