脑脊液置换结合活血化瘀中药治疗脑出血破入脑室30例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察脑脊液置换结合活血化瘀中药治疗脑出血破入脑室患者的疗效。方法:脑出血患者60例随机分为2组,每组均为30例。治疗组采用一般治疗加脑脊液置换及活血化瘀中药治疗;对照组采用一般治疗和脑脊液置换。结果:治疗组治愈率40.0%,总有效率83.3%,无变化、恶化和病死率16.7%;对照组治愈率23.3%,总有效率63.3%,无变化、恶化和病死率36.7%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。复查CT示脑实质内血肿全部吸收时间,治疗组为7日~46日,平均23日,对照组为15日~70日,平均50日,脑实质内血肿吸收速度2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液置换结合活血化瘀中药治疗脑出血破入脑室,可提高患者生存质量,降低病死率和致残率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) displacement combined use of Huoxue Huayu recipe in treating cerebral hemorrhage (CH) ruptured into cerebral ventricle.Methods:Sixty cases of CH were divided randomly into 2 groups:treatment group (n=30) was treated with CSF displacement and Huoxue Huayu recipe on the basis of conventive therapy;control group (n=30) was treated with conventive therapy and CSF displacement.Results:In the treatment group,cured rate was 400%,total effective rate was 833%,ineffective,deteriorate and death were 167%;in the control group,cured rate was 233%,total effective rate was 633%,ineffective,deteriorate and death were 367%,so the therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was better obviously than control group (P<005).Moreover,CT reexamine suggested that complete absorption time of cerebral hematoma was 7 to 46 days (mean 23 days) in treatment group and 15 to 70 days (mean 50 days) in control group,there have obvious difference between 2 groups (P<005).Conclusions:CSF displacement combined use of Huoxue Huayu recipe treating CH ruptured into cerebral ventricle can raise life quality and decrease mortality and disability rate.
