【摘要】 目的：为寻求糖尿病、高血压安全有效的治疗药物，观察绞股蓝治疗糖尿病和高血压病的疗效。方法：将６０例糖尿病患者随机分为绞股蓝组、优降糖组及绞股蓝与优降糖合用组（各２０例）；６０例高血压病患者分为绞股蓝组、心痛定组及绞股蓝与心痛定合用组（各组２０例），比较３组疗效。结果：治疗２周后绞股蓝能显著地降血糖、降血压，患者治疗前后比较血糖和血压均有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），与优降糖组或心痛定组比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而联合用药组，疗效则更显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：绞股蓝是一种有效的降血糖、降血压的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safe and effective drugs for treating diabetes and hypertension,and to observe the therapeutic efficacy of Jiaogulan in treating diabetes and hypertension.Methods:Sixty cases of diabetes were divided randomly into Jiaogulan group (n=20),glyburide group (n=20) and Jiaogulan combined use of glyburide group (n=20).In addition, 60 cases of hypertension were divided into Jiaogulan group (n=20),nifedipin group (n=20) and Jiaogulan combined use of nifedipin group (n=20).Then,to compare the therapeutic efficacy in different groups.Results:Two weeks after treatment,the blood sugar concentration and blood pressure were decreased obviously,it was significant differences between preand posttherapy in Jiangulan group (P<005),but it was no obvious difference in compared to glyburide group or to nifedipin group (P>005).Moreover,combined use of 2 drugs can reveal best efficacy(P<001).Conclusions:Jiaogulan is an effective drug for treating diabetes or hypertension.更多还原
