【摘要】 目的：观察醒脑静注射液对有机磷农药中毒患者意识障碍的治疗效果。方法：将４０例有机磷农药中毒伴意识障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组２０例在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗，对照组２０例采用常规综合治疗。结果：治疗组患者意识清醒时间为（５．６４±３．９６）小时，与对照组（８．３５±３．７２）小时比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：醒脑静注射液对有机磷农药中毒伴意识障碍患者有促醒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection on patients with unconsciousness due to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (OPP).Methods:Forty cases of OPP accompanied by unconsciousness were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The treatment group ( n =20) was treated with Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of conventional therapy;the control group ( n =20) was treated with routine complex therapy.Results:The revival time was (5 64±3 96) hours in treatment group and (8 35±3 72) hours in control group,it was obvious difference between 2 groups( P <0 05).Conclusions:Xingnaojing Injection can awaken to patients with OPP accompanied by unconsciousness.更多还原
