【摘要】 目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗意识障碍的临床疗效。方法：根据ＧＣＳ意识障碍评分，观察醒脑静注射液治疗７２例意识障碍的临床疗效。结果：中风病总有效率７９．１％，酒厥总有效率１００．０％，中暑高热总有效率８０．０％，安眠药中毒总有效率９６．４％，合计总有效率９０．３％。中风病风火上扰证总有效率８７．５％，痰热内闭证总有效率８０．０％，风痰阻络证总有效率６６．７％。结论：醒脑静注射液具有醒神开窍、祛瘀通络、清热化痰等功效，故适用于各种原因引起的意识障碍患者的治疗，对中风病风火上扰证和痰热内闭证有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of “xing nao jing” injection in treating unconsciousness.Methods:Seventytwo patients of unconsciousness were treated with 20￣40 ml “xing nao jing” injection according to Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS).Results:The total effective rates were 791%,1000%,800%,964% in stroke,alcoholism,heatstroke,hypnotic intoxication patients respectively and the total effective rate of items amount to 903%.In addition,the total effective rates were 875%,800% and 667% in “feng huo shang rao zheng”,“tan re nei bi zheng” and “feng tan zu luo zheng” patients respectively.Conclusions:“Xing nao jing” injection can restore consciousness,remove the blood stasis,clear the heat and disperse phlegm.Therefore,“xing nao jing” injection is suitable to treating unconsciousness for any reasons.Particulary,it has better effect on stroke patients of “feng huo shang rao zheng” and “tan re nei bi zheng”.更多还原
