【摘要】 目的：观察降粘颗粒剂对脑梗塞患者红细胞变形能力的影响。方法：采用激光衍射法测定红细胞变形能力。将４１例患者分为２组，治疗组２１例患者服用降粘颗粒剂治疗，每次１袋（３ｇ），每日３次；对照组２０例患者服用舒脑宁，每次２．５ｍｇ，每日２次。２组均以３０日为１个疗程。结果：治疗组治疗前在切变力为５、１０和２０Ｐａ时，红细胞变形指数分别为０．３１±０．０２，０．３９±０．０４和０．４１±０．０３。治疗后分别为０．３６±０．０３，０．４６±０．０３和０．５０±０．０４，治疗前后均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时也显示２组均能提高脑梗塞患者的红细胞变形指数，但２组治疗后比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：降粘颗粒剂能够提高脑梗塞患者的红细胞变形能力，这可能是治疗脑梗塞的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of “jiang nian ke li ji” on red cell deformability (RCD) in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:The RCD was detected by ektacytometer.Fortyone patients were divided into treatment group(n=21) and control group(n=20).The treatment group was treated with “jiang nian ke li ji”(3 times per day,1 pack each time),control group was treated with ischelium retard twice per day,25 mg each time).Results:In the treatment group,when shears were 5,10 and 20 Pa,the RCD indexes were 031±002,039±004 and 041±003 respectively before treatment,however,they were 036±003,046±003 and 050±004 respectively after treatment,they were possessed of obvious differences (P<005 or P<001).In addition,RCD indexes were raised in both 2 groups in patients with cerebral infarction,but they have not obvious difference after treatment (P>005).Conclusions:“Jiang nian ke li ji” can raise the ability of RCD in patients with cerebral infarction.Therefore,it is one of the possible mechanisms of “jiang nian ke li ji” treating cerebral infarction.更多还原
